Experience a scenic journey across Lake Pyhäjärvi! M/S Silver Moon serves delicious food paired with Tampere’s finest lake views. A scenic cruise is a wonderful way to admire the lake’s natural beauty and take a moment to enjoy life’s uniqueness. Leave the bustle of the city behind for a while and relax on the shimmering waves. The cruise includes audio commentary sharing stories about Tampere’s history and the sights visible from the ship.

During 3 June–13 June and 12 August–28 August, scenic cruises on the M/S Silver Sky operate from Wednesday to Saturday. Tickets available here.

Scenic cruise with meal: 49 €/adult, 24,50 €/child aged 3-12-v.

You can also purchase the cruise separately for
26 € / adult, 16 € / child aged 3-12-v.
Meal (29 €) available onboard depending on availability.

Relax in lakefront scenery

The scenic cruise route takes you through the stunning landscapes of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The boat departs from Laukontori, right in the heart of Tampere and just a short walk from Keskustori. The most impressive sight along the way is the magnificent Pyynikki Ridge, a formation dating back to the Ice Ages and the highest gravel ridge in the world.

Along the way, you’ll see the famous rotating auditorium of the Pyynikki Summer Theatre, the stunning hillside homes of Pispala, Hatanpää Manor, the Arboretum, and many other Tampere landmarks.

Enjoy the delicacies of our buffet, perfectly suited to lake and archipelago scenery, while surrounded by some of the most beautiful lake views in the world.

On the second floor, you’ll find a private lounge and a bar. From the second-floor sun deck, you can enjoy open views and feel the fresh wind on your face.
